Artist's Comments

OK, I did these to try and improve my photography, with some tips from :icondeathbycanon-stock:

I'm not sure I've really got the hang of it.
I opened the aperture right up to 2.8, the light was very poor winter light at 11;30 am coming through a window to our left.

I found moving Annalese away from the backdrop only threw her into more shadow and made it more difficult to keep the background uncluttered.

as usual please not me if you use these images.
The original image can be requested by email (these have been cropped, but no other changes were made).

Kat - I hope you liek the greek theme

i love the greek theme and I am seeing if I can use this for something, it's a great pose.

I only wonder... have you tried to use a differant color background? I know the figures are usually dressed in white because it's easier to color, but if the background were green, like in a green screen effect, it would be easier to select and cut it away... I don't know if that would leave too much of a tint to the white clothing though...

Dragons make wonderful pets, especialy when they bite the heads off your enemies.

i'm usually limited to the background colour depending on what colour sheet I have clean LOL. But I do have a green sheet. I thought yellow would be closest to white that is commonly used in backgounds. You will prbably be seeing me use all sorts of different colours in the background.

I'm glad you like the greek theme.
:iconkartk: has been requesting it for a while.
